The past two days have been full of rain and dark skies so when the rain finally stopped falling I let my son run around the woods behind our house. There is a trail back there that had turned into a creek and flooded the forest floor. Trey had a blast exploring and jumping in puddles – I had a blast snapping photos.
** April 2, 2009 update ** The first image below won 1st place in my camera club’s recent theme assignment “Promises”. I titled the photo “Looking for the Rainbow” when I submitted it.
