Fort Loudoun dates back over 250 years to the French and Indian War. I visited it this week with my son on a cold and overcast day in East Tennessee. I took some of the photographs I made and decided to give them an old, rustic look – much like the abandoned fort itself.
My inspiration for this series of images comes from a book my uncle gave me called “The Art of the American Snapshot, 1888-1978
